URSBian Prof partakes in International Philosophy Congress

Out of 10,000 participants around the globe, Professor Jlover F. Trinidad of University of Rizal System Binangonan was able to showcase his research regarding the Philosphy of Mind during the 24th World Congress of Philosophy (WCP) held in Peking University, Beijing, China, August 13-20, 2018. Trinidad brought pride to the whole URSBian community as he was invited by Denmor Moran, President of the Federation International of Philosophical Societies (FISP), Hao Ping and Lin Jinhua, Presidents of the Chinese Organizing Committee of 2018 WCP to attend the opening rites of the prestigious congress. "We are hoping to shed philosophical lights upon human communal life with a consensus in difference, plurality, and a progress through discussions and dialogues," Ping and Jinhua said. Moreover, the congress was said to emphasize the discovery and exploration of any dimensions of humans into facing the challenges of humanity. It also enhances the reciprocal understanding between China and the world in the intellectual domain.
